Zazymia Village Community is a community that unites the villages of Prydesennia in the Brovary district.
Administrative center: Zazymia village.
The community was established on October 25, 2020.
It includes the following villages: Pohreby, Zazymia, Pukhivka, Rozhny, Litky, Litochky, and Sobolivka.
The community is headed by the village mayor, Vitalii Krupenko.
The council consists of 22 deputies.
The population of the community is 11,500 people.
More than 500 community members are taking part in the Russian-Ukrainian war, defending the entire civilized world from the enemy.
The area of the community is 25,826.78 hectares.
The Zazymia community borders the city of Kyiv.
The Desna River flows along the entire northwestern border of the community.
To the north, the community borders the Chernihiv region.
The Zalissia National Nature Park is located in the southeast.
Social infrastructure includes:
- 5 general secondary education institutions (schools);
- 5 preschool educational institutions;
- 6 primary medical care institutions;
- 5 cultural centers;
- 5 libraries.
Community services are supported by:
- the communal enterprise “Dobrobut”;
- 5 village fire brigades;
- 2 police stations;
- a voluntary territorial defense unit.
The settlements located near Kyiv have a high level of development, contributing significantly to the local budget.
There are 4 major industrial zones in the community. These villages host supermarkets, numerous restaurants, car service facilities, multi-apartment buildings, as well as leisure and sports facilities.
On the banks of the Desna River, there are numerous garden communities and recreation centers.
Promising areas of development include:

- The establishment of enterprises in public service, logistics, the food industry, light industry, and modern technologies.
